THINGS PEOPLE WONDER
BUT RARELY ASK

What is nut butter made of?

Nut butter is made by grinding roasted nuts into a smooth or crunchy paste. At Nuts Enough, most of our jars contain just one ingredient — the nut itself. No palm oil, no preservatives, no fillers. Just pure, slow-roasted goodness.

Is Nuts Enough nut butter halal?

Yes. All Nuts Enough products are certified HALAL by JAKIM (Department of Islamic Development Malaysia) under MS 1500:2019. Every ingredient and every step of our production process is covered by this certification.

Does Nuts Enough use palm oil?

Never. We do not use palm oil in any of our products. Our nut butters are made from the natural oils within the nuts themselves, with no added oils, stabilisers, or fillers. The oil you see on top when you open the jar is just the natural nut oil separating — that is a sign of a real, additive-free product.

Can children eat Nuts Enough nut butter?

Yes, and early introduction is actually recommended by current nutritional guidelines for children who are not allergic to tree nuts or peanuts. Our single-ingredient nut butters contain no added sugar, no salt, and no additives — making them ideal first foods and daily protein sources for kids.

Is nut butter suitable for diabetics?

Pure nut butter has a low glycaemic index (GI) — peanut butter GI is around 14, almond butter is around 0. This means it causes very little blood sugar spike. Because our nut butters contain no added sugar or high-GI fillers, they are widely recommended by nutritionists as a safe, satisfying option for people managing blood sugar. Always consult your healthcare provider for personalised advice.

How should I store my nut butter?

Because we add no stabilisers or preservatives, natural oil separation is normal and expected. Simply stir it back in before use. Store in a cool, dry place or in the refrigerator once opened. Refrigerating slows further separation and extends freshness. Consume within 3–4 months of opening for best flavour.

What makes Nuts Enough different from supermarket nut butters?

Most commercial nut butters contain palm oil, hydrogenated fats, added sugar, salt, emulsifiers, and stabilisers. These are added to prevent separation and extend shelf life — but they dilute the nutrition and compromise the flavour. Nuts Enough is made from the nut alone. One ingredient. No shortcuts. You taste the difference in the first spoonful.

Do you ship nationwide in Malaysia?

Yes. We ship to all states in Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Orders are fulfilled directly from our factory in Petaling Jaya and shipped fresh, not from aged warehouse stock.
